Who we are

This privacy policy relates to Pixel Perfect Creative Services (“we”, “our”, “us”): it primarily relates to how we collect, use, process and protect your personal data at pixperfect.co.uk, but it extends to our communication with you and our respect for your privacy in general. Our privacy policy was last updated on August 26th 2025.

When you submit a message through the contact form on our website, we may collect the following information:

  • The name you provide (first and last)
  • Your email address

This is the only time we’ll collect personal information through our website. If you message by email or social media, we may collect the same information, as well as the online handle you go by, just to let us answer your queries.

2 – How we use your information

We may use the information collected (listed within section 1) in order to

  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Communicate with you regarding our services

We do NOT use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not send newsletters. While our response to your enquiry may include information about other services, we will not use your information for “cold calling” or unsolicited marketing information.

3 – Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses only one cookie, used by WordPress to determine whether your browser can display emojis properly. We know, it’s as silly as it sounds. This is a necessary cookie, and does not store any personally identifiable information. The cookie will be stored for 365 days.

4 – Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with any third party provider unless

  • We have your explicit written consent (i.e. passing your information on to service partners where authorised by you), or
  • We are required to do so by law

5 – Data Retention

In compliance with GDPR we store your information for as long as is necessary to deliver services or to comply with legal obligations.

Under UK GDPR and data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (where applicable)
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data
